about one week and I have already loss 6 pounds. I feel great. The only
thing I did change was the dosage. Instead of taking three pills twice
a day I take 4 pill twice a day--this seems to work better for me. So
far I have lost my craving to snack all day but, I do have to actually
make myself eat at times because I am not very hungry. I like this because
now I feel like I am in control over the food choices I make. I no longer
eat when I am not hungry and when I do eat I am eating much healthier.
