Customer Review: Where do I start? Zalestra has been
the only product that has been able to positively effect my menopausal
symptoms. My doctor put me on 3 different pescription medications and
nothing worked. My friend had been using Zalestra so I figured it couldn't
hurt to give that a try. Like I said nothing else was working for me-in
fact one drug made my symptoms even worse. Five weeks of taking Zalestra
I am back to the old me again. This prooduct is really great and even
my doctor told me to stick with it after he gave me my last physical.
He he was impressed by the change with me and with the product. Thank
you for this product!

symptoms but still waiting for the weight to come off. I somehow managed
to quit smoking in the midst of all this physical chaos however it's made
me eat like a horse. I'm trying to eat healthy.

Zalestra reduced the frequency of hot flashes. I do notice a decrease
in appetite but no weight loss (and I do exercise. I am on my second bottle
so I would recommend it for hot flashes and irritability, but I don't
see where it will work as a wt loss supplement.
