Review: Excellent product!!! Of all the products that I've tried,
I believe this is the best one on the market. It didn't make me sick or
jittery. It curbs the appetite and gives a little boost. Far better than
anything else out there!!!! I would give it 20 stars if I could.
Review: I have been taking this for months now and I am VERY HAPPY!
I have now lost 36lbs. I didn't need an appetite suppressant...I don't
eat much at all. I just needed something to kick start a very slow metabolism.
It doesn't make me jittery at all, if I take it late (which they tell
you not to do anyway) I can't sleep but that's to be expected. The dosing
is 2 pills 1hr before breakfast and 2 pills 1hr before lunch...I only
take the first two.
Review: I started this product almost three weeks ago and have not
seen significant weight loss. It does, however, significantly reduce my
appetite and allows me to control myself and not overeat. I gave it the
three stars b/c I feel it would probably be more effective in reducing
my weight if I actually needed to lose weight. As I am thin by normal
standards (5'10, 34-24-33.5), I guess it didn't work as well.
Review: Extreme loss of appetite. Have to force myself to eat. Lost
12 lbs in 10 days. Not a ton of energy, but could be because I drink a
lot of coffee already. Caffeine may not have much effect on me. Would
recommend it and purchase it again, no adverse side effects.
Review: I bought this because of the reviews others have given the
product. I was skeptical at first to buy it, because everything else I've
bought had been a total waste of $$. This product is WONDERFUL!!! I ate
normally without overeating and I had tons of energy!!! Plus, you aren't
jittery and it doesn't keep you up at night like some others.
Review: This is the first time I have ever reviewed a product and
I am doing this because I lost a dress size in 2 months and the new clothes
is beginning to feel loose already. This product is not for everybody
but it is the only one that has worked for me. I am not hungry and I have
no problem leaving half of my food on the plate at the restaurants. I
have the energy and feel the need to excercise in the evenings when it
is hardest to do. DO watch out your caffeine intake - I have switched
to green tea from coffee in the mornings. And I have scaled back from
2 pills per serving to just 1 to lower the dependency. I also have an
aversion to super sweet stuff, drink less AND cut back to 1 cigarette
a day. Might not be related, but when people come up to you and say you
look hot, you start improving in other areas of your health, not just
weight. I hope this works for you
