Customer Review: I just wanted to say thank you for your
product. My daycare provider contracted head lice from a child she had
been caring for. She had tried various over-the-counter products and a
prescription that cost $250 for 2 bottles. Nothing worked. Finally, as
a last resort, I looked on the Internet and found your product.
I had it overnighted! Time is of the essence when you are trying
to keep your house from being re-infested, and she tried it that evening.
The next day, her mother checked her hair and found eggs. Alarmed, she
went to the local health department and had her head checked by a professional.
The nurse said that they were all dead. She even asked what product
she had used because the nurse had never seen a product that would kill
the lice eggs right on the hair. Needless to say, we are overjoyed to
be lice free. If we ever need it again, we will definitely skip the OTC

FYI, your customer service department is outstanding. A rep called
me to advise me that the product could not be shipped to an alternate

Customer Review: My son got lice in June. We went through
six different products to get rid of them before he was to go on a four
month field research trip to the middle of nowhere. And with my son's
beautiful waist length hair we were using three boxes a shot. That’s
